|Amy Bertram, Wellness Coordinator
Amy joined Trinity Consulting in January of 2008. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with degrees in both Public Relations and Communications. Her corporate experience includes advertising, pharmaceutical sales, and, most importantly, corporate wellness. Amy has always had a passion for physical fitness and nutrition. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 1993 and personal training since 1997. As Wellness Director she uses this passion and work experience to help educate people on how to live a healthier lifestyle. She has been a featured speaker at women’s retreats, school assemblies, as well as weight loss groups. Amy is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI), Personal Trainer (PT),and Advanced Personal Trainer (APT) and by Schwinn as a Certified Cycle Instructor (CCI). Amy also received the NAHU Wellness Certification in 2012. Amy lives in Charlotte with her husband and three children.
Doreen joined Trinity Consulting as Wellness Director in September of 2012. She began her career in Human Resources after graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Psychology. First with Marriott Corporation, and then Pitney Bowes Management Services in Washington, DC, Doreen has enjoyed HR Management positions with responsibility for all facets of HR including benefits, recruiting and retention, talent management, training and development. Most recently, she served as HR Director for Carolina Pad where she led the organization’s human resources and wellness initiatives and achieved the Healthiest Employers Award (The Charlotte Business Journal 2012), and Charlotte Parents Magazine’s Family-Friendly 50 Award (2011). Doreen achieved her SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) certification in 2012.
Doreen is thrilled to bring her experience to Trinity where she will partner with clients to develop and implement wellness initiatives that will not only improve employee lifestyle choices, but will positively impact the bottom line. Her broad experience in human resources lends itself beautifully to this initiative.
Doreen lives in Charlotte with her husband and two daughters.
Erin, a Charlotte native, started with Trinity in January 2011. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Human Resource Management. She has worked in Human Resources for 13 years at two global manufacturing companies. Her love for Human Resources and Benefits has brought her to Trinity. Erin has received her PHR and her Green Belt in Six Sigma. Erin and her husband, Danny, have two daughters.
Liz has served in the insurance industry since 1980, first with The Hartford, then Kemper as a Rating Supervisor and 14 years with Royal & SunAlliance as a Commercial Property Business Analyst. She has been with Trinity Consulting since May 2006.Liz grew up in Charlotte, graduated from East Mecklenburg High and attended North Carolina State University. Liz has served on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education and currently serves on the Board of Directors with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Broadcasting Authority.Liz and her husband Mike are the proud parents of 3 children.
Susan joined Trinity in June of 2012 as Accounting Manager. Susan brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial arena.
Teresa joined Trinity in October of 2012 as Executive Assistant. A graduate of King’s College, Teresa has over 20 years of experience in the administrative field.Teresa lives in Charlotte with her husband Tom and two King Charles Spaniels.
Maria joined Trinity in May 2012 as an Assistant Client Manager in our Property and Casualty group.
